Applications made available through the App Store are licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to use SportCast AI is subject to your prior acceptance of this End User License Agreement ("EULA").
a. License Scope
SportCast AI ("Licensor") grants you a non-transferable license to use the Application on any Apple-branded product that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules. You may not distribute or make the Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not transfer, redistribute or sublicense the Application. You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or create derivative works of the Application.
b. Consent to Use of Data
The Licensor may collect and use technical data about your device to facilitate software updates and service provision. This information may be used to improve products or provide services, as long as it does not personally identify you.
c. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or the Licensor. Your rights will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
d. External Services
The Application may provide access to third-party services. All risk of using External Services is yours. All data including football statistics, match predictions, and AI analyses are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
e. NO WARRANTY
You acknowledge that use of the Application is at your sole risk. The Application and all services are provided "as is" and "as available". The Licensor disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy.
